Rebekah Sanchez — Nursing Director, Edition Plastic Surgery Dallas
Clinical Leadership

Rebekah
Sanchez

Nursing Director

Rebekah is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with more than a decade of clinical experience across a wide range of settings — from neurology infusion and travel nursing to pediatric home health. She joined Edition in 2020 and has been the practice's primary nurse ever since, guiding patients through every stage of their surgical journey from the initial consultation through recovery.

She joined Edition in its earliest days and has been instrumental in building the clinical protocols that make every patient's experience — from pre-operative preparation through final follow-up — as safe, comfortable, and consistent as the surgical results themselves.

Her clinical instincts are sharp, her manner is reassuring, and her standard of care is uncompromising. Patients frequently note that Rebekah is the person who made the entire process feel manageable — the person who answered the call about a concern that turned out to be minor, and who took it just as seriously as if it had not been. For many Edition patients, she is their most trusted point of contact throughout the surgical journey.

Beyond her patient care role, Rebekah runs and staffs Edition's operating room — managing the clinical environment with the same precision she brings to every patient interaction. Away from the practice, she can be found with her kids, riding horses, hitting the lake on the jet ski, ATV trail riding, or shooting skeet.

Ewa Sura — Patient Experience Director, Edition Plastic Surgery Dallas
Patient Experience

Ewa
Sura

Patient Experience Director

Ewa is the first voice most Edition patients hear, and frequently the one they remember most. A Rutgers University graduate with a Bachelor of Science — earned Cum Laude — she is currently completing her Master's degree in Biomedical Science with a concentration in Pharmacological Sciences, a pursuit that reflects the intellectual seriousness she brings to every patient interaction. She doesn't just coordinate your care; she understands it.

Her career has been devoted entirely to aesthetic and plastic surgery. From her earliest role at East Coast Aesthetic Surgery in New Jersey, to Plastic Surgery and Dermatology of NYC, to most recently serving as Surgical Coordinator at Fulcrum Aesthetics in Chicago — where she personally championed the adoption of Motiva breast implants, making the practice one of the city's earliest adopters — Ewa has spent years building the kind of surgical knowledge that allows her to answer patient questions with confidence rather than scripts. She is EmSculpt certified and fluent in Polish, and brings the same exacting standard to every consultation she coordinates.

Outside the practice, she is a committed Solidcore regular who rises at 5 a.m. to get ahead of the day, a devoted explorer of Dallas's restaurant scene, and a proud dog mom to Kewin, a golden retriever who keeps things grounded. Patients who meet Ewa quickly understand that her warmth is not a professional affect — it is simply who she is.

Amanda Jones — Surgical Technologist, Edition Plastic Surgery Dallas
The OR

Amanda
Jones

Surgical Technologist

Amanda is a Certified Surgical Technologist with more than 21 years of experience across trauma centers, ambulatory surgery, and dedicated plastic surgery practices. Her career has taken her from Queens Medical Center in Honolulu to Baylor Scott & White in Dallas, giving her a breadth of surgical exposure that few technologists can match.

She has been part of the Edition surgical team since 2022. In the operating room, she anticipates the surgeon's needs, maintains an impeccable sterile field, and keeps the team moving with calm efficiency regardless of case complexity. In plastic surgery, where precision is everything, Amanda's experience and technical fluency are an essential part of what makes Edition's outcomes consistent.

Amanda holds her Surgical Technology certification from the Community College of the Air Force and is currently completing her Surgical First Assist degree at Madisonville Community College. Outside the OR, she enjoys time with her husband and daughters, CrossFit, strength training, running, and trying new restaurants.

The Standard

What Every Edition
Patient Can Expect

These are not aspirations. They are the commitments every member of this team makes to every patient, every day.

A Response Within
One Business Day

Every message, call, and inquiry receives a personal, informed response — not an automated acknowledgment. If you reach out to Edition, a member of this team will get back to you.

Honesty at Every
Stage

We will never tell you what you want to hear at the expense of what you need to know. Realistic expectations, transparent timelines, and candid assessments of what surgery can and cannot achieve are non-negotiable here.

Care That Continues
After Surgery

The relationship with Edition does not end at discharge. Our clinical team monitors your healing, answers your questions, and remains your resource through every stage of recovery — including the ones that happen months after the procedure.
